The Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) is the UK regulator for Health & Care Professions and are there to protect the public. They keep a Register of health and care professionals who meet set standards for training, professional skills, behaviour and health.

A physiotherapist MUST be registered with the HCPC to practice physiotherapy in the UK.
